About Us
Since 1986, D.E. Gemmill, Inc. started building a professional, efficient and
competitive company that continues today. We take pride in providing the most
advanced and quality products and services throughout the industry.
Our journey started with pavement markings and maintenance and
from there we moved into the commercial, industrial and traffic industry. Our
next phase of growth we moved into traffic control rentals and equipment along
with work zone and emergency service products. And, when companies wanted to
protect their employees, we started supplying safety clothing and apparel.
Today, we offer signs, sweeping and dust control services, decorative pedestrian
crossing, interior warehouse, epoxy paint, thermoplastic and more!

David E. Gemmill started the company in 1986 as a Traffic Line Painting company. Today, the company offers more than a dozen products and services in the industry. He continues to look for new and innovative products and services to meet the needs of his customers.
He handles all facets of the company and is always on the go, so if you don’t catch him in the office, he is busy ensuring the success and satisfaction of the customers and staff.

More than 20 years ago Cary joined D.E. Gemmill, and today he is the operations point-of-contact. He is in charge of day-to-day operations, Sign estimates, and is the go-to person for customer service inquiries and more.
Colleen, Accounting and Safety & Emergency Apparel Contact
Colleen is our Accounting Manager, but is also the “go to” person for our safety and emergency division. If you need a vest, hard hat or emergency devices, just give her a call. And, Colleen serves as the company representative for industry organization groups and activities that include tradeshows, conventions, and job meetings.

Rob heads-up our sign and graphics shop where he takes ideas and turns them into a piece of art.

Dale, Project Manager/Estimator

Dale has been with the company for 16 years. He started on the road crew, he was later promoted to supervisor and now to Project Manger/Estimator. Now, he assists with scheduling our road crew, and helps estimate all types of construction, road, and parking lot projects.
Denise, Marketing Manager & Database Administrator

Denise came on board to build upon and expand the Corporate Brand. In addition, she is responsible for database management, developing new product materials and promoting them, web edits in-house and with outside vendor, direct mail campaigns, pitching ideas to the media, and other marketing projects.
Lois, Executive Assistant

Lois is the executive assistant, but she also handles outstanding bills, mailings, assisting with bids, answering phones and much, much, more.
